 Studying English at university is a fundamental tool, which not only helps to think in the other language, but also helps to maintain the training for those of us who are linked to studies that require knowledge of other languages ​​such as English.   Hey there! Well I am studying geography. There are many diverse topics that we see in the curriculum, from basic sciences, mathematics, through areas of meteorology, software for the creation of maps, social theory classes to recognize the different realities that human groups present. The duration of the studies is 5 years, although I have frozen, I hope to be next year in the third year of my degree. At FAU, we have computer rooms where we make maps in software such as Arcgis or, depending on skills, have access to other software such as Qgis. There are subjects where it is possible to work with technologies, such as meteorology, with the different satellites, and their respective characteristics that allow us to analyze the surface of the earth.
