 Studying English at university is a fundamental tool, which not only helps to think in the other language, but also helps to maintain the training for those of us who are linked to studies that require knowledge of other languages ​​such as English. On the other hand, the use of blogs has served to summarize some important issues that make us think about how and what to say to other people who are at the same level of English. What I must improve in English is the use of more vocabulary, words, verbs, which can be improved with reading, practice and looking for the words that I do not know to find their meaning and learn it. I have friends in different parts of the world, since I was little I learned to use social networks to get to know other cultures, having friends in different countries such as the United States, Germany, Saudi Arabia, or Italy, with most of them I communicated in English, but I was always looking learn words in their native languages. Changes to my Study Programme

  Hey there! Well I am studying geography. There are many diverse topics that we see in the curriculum, from basic sciences, mathematics, through areas of meteorology, software for the creation of maps, social theory classes to recognize the different realities that human groups present. The duration of the studies is 5 years, although I have frozen, I hope to be next year in the third year of my degree. At FAU, we have computer rooms where we make maps in software such as Arcgis or, depending on skills, have access to other software such as Qgis. There are subjects where it is possible to work with technologies, such as meteorology, with the different satellites, and their respective characteristics that allow us to analyze the surface of the earth. On the other hand, in other subjects it is possible to work with tools such as data analysis in statistics. Time travel to the Future

  I would like to go 100 years in the future visiting Santiago and other main cities of the earth, as New York, Paris, London ,Camberra, and New Delhi,for example. . Nowadays are common to hear about global warming. for me it is a impotant topic for study, for to discuss, and we must to be concient people about our planet. What will happen in 100 years? That is a question I always think about, Could it be possible, that countries take control about allow new energy sources? I remember a classic movie "Wall-E" with a pulluted and uncertain future. Will it be our future? I would like to be there many days for recolect information, to explore if there is a new order in the world, or a new system of goverment, and what desitions have they taken.  They say that the responsability is in the comanies and industries that pulled our planet. but is on our hands the greatest responsability is a change of life, change our way of eating, adding for example a plant bassed diet. other actio

My Future Job

  I like to work with people, that's the reason why I decide to study Geography. That career is related to goberment desitions, territorial ordering, and decisions about interactions between people and nature. My future Job will be in regional or local government , working with municipalities, or quartermaster. Working in my area, requires both indoor and outdoor work, first related to observation, and then  collecting all the information do a cabinet job. The area if my job, needs I travel a lot. One of my fovourite activities could be work with planning the city, with it risks, associate with the location, mountains for example has  landslides,alluvium and other process that must be regulated. About the salary, is similar to other professionals of science, may be between US1000 or US2000. Geography is an important area, for every country and its desitions, where people live, what are the risks living in a place, countryside or the city.

My Bucket List

 Since I was a child always i wanted to visit uknown places of Chile, with my brothers, That's was the reason I start to practive trekking. Someday I want to go to Torres del Paine mwith my family, for walk together for that place, and after go to Grey glaciar, I'm sure that live this moment in family it gonna be magical. Also one of my main dream is to buy an apartment in Santiago of Chile, for to have a place in the city to stop renting  an apartment.

My favorite Movie

 My favorite movie is Harry Potter, I like all versions, since I was a child. If I have to chose I prefert Harry Potter and the deathly hallows part I. I like it because I always dreamed with the magical world, It make me happy to use my imagination, above all because many actors of this movie has my same age.  I like to watch Sci-fi movies also, like Matrix, Interestellar, and other. The most recent movie I saw is Tenet. of Christopher Nolan, (same director of Interestellar). I recomend this movie to people who likes to think about time , changes and directions of it and how reality can be transformed.

The best Holidays

 In 2019, on February 25 I went to Brasil, was the best vacations in my life. I went to Sao Paulo, Limeira and Rio do Janeiro. My plan was to visit my  friends that  I met in Chile, while they were in holidays, and I was living in a hostel for a month. I stay in Brasil for 1 week, in 2 days I went to visit my friends, and the third day I went to Rio, for the Carnaval. In this time, i traveled alone, because I found a special price in tickets a special propotion, that was only for a day, and my friends could't take it. I also went to Cristo Redentor, there I met two Japanese tourists, with whom I shared.   This travel was the best , because I met many people of diferent countries,
